This is a gorgeous belt made by Ray Silva, Dine and Laguna Pueblo. The belt is 3 and 1/2 inches wide, and overall length is 43 inches. Middle hole in belt is 39 inches. The belt is made of vegetable tanned leather and is adorned with various sized silver conchos.
